Cold brew coffee is beloved for its exotic flavour profile and lack of acidity and bitterness – often as much as 66% less than regular hot brewed coffee. The cold brew concentrate can be used to make iced coffee, hot coffee, cold brew lattes, and a variety of creative coffee drinks.

Brewing with the system is fairly straightforward: grind, saturate, brew for 12 hours, and filter. Most cafes set it up at night and finish in the morning.

Basic Toddy Commercial Brew System Instructions:

• Grind 2.3kg of beans at a coarse setting and pour them into the filter.
• Insert the Toddy Lift (legs down) and then the filter on top of that.
• Pour 12L of cold water over the grounds, saturating all of them evenly.
• After 12 hours, lift the spigot to decant the concentrate into different containers.
• Pour, dilute, and enjoy.

The Toddy Lift is a convenient addition to the system. It elevates the filter and allows the concentrate to drain on its own without you having to stand over it for thirty minutes. Nice!
