The Silvia Pro is a blend of the professional performance of the well respected Rancilio Espresso machines and the remarkable capabilities of the market-tested Silvia model – with the new addition of two PID temperature controllers and a digital light-up display, it’s designed to provide the best coffee experience and to meet the needs of the expert home barista.

Two Independent Boilers and a wider range of Extras

Silvia Pro’s two separate boilers, both equipped with PID, allow one boiler to be dedicated to heating the water for coffee, and the other just for producing steam or hot water. So you’ll be able to make a shot whilst steaming your milk without any interruptions to performance. An ergonomic portafilter, insulated boilers, multi-directional stainless steel steam wand and steam knob, cup tray and brass brewing unit add to the appeal of the Rancilio Silvia Dual Boiler.

The Silvia Pro X builds on the impressive features of the Silvia Pro with the addition of a dual pressure gauge, allowing the Barista to manage espresso extraction precisely. 

In brewing with the upgraded group head on the Rancilio Silvia Pro X, it now offers time-variable soft pre-infusion with every shot, capable of beginning with line pressure when you start a shot, followed by a slow increase to full brewing pressure. 

With a more ergonomic deeper and light-weight brass portafilter, the Silvia X is a plus for accommodating larger 21g+ baskets for the home barista looking to take advantage of the added features.
