The rugged stainless steel body is sturdy and durable. The high-alloyed, high-nitrogen stainless steel burrs grind the coffee beans with uniform precision and propel fresh aromas into the air.

High-alloyed, high-nitrogen steel is a difficult material to master, but the German designers and engineers behind the Comandante C40 grinder weren’t looking for the easy way out. The burrs are extremely sharp, very durable, and resist wear and tear in a way other burrs cannot. The grinder includes a clear and a brown jar for grinding into and storing beans.
